I’m Dr. Jeff Rice—a leadership coach, ordained minister, and former private practice therapist dedicated to supporting senior pastors.

With a Doctorate in Counseling Education, 12 years in private practice, and years of teaching at the university level, I bring a blend of clinical insight, ministry experience, and professional development to every coaching session.

I understand the weight pastors carry: staff dynamics, conflict, expectations, and the emotional demands of leadership. My role is to give you a confidential, judgment-free space to process challenges, strengthen your leadership, and grow with clarity.
